Vintai is a mobile application that helps you create overseas retro-style images using AI image generation. A key feature is that you may use Vintai without account registration or login—you can access core features as soon as you open the app, without providing usernames, passwords, or contact details.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vintai handles data, uploaded content, and related information during use. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to not collecting unnecessary user data, especially sensitive facial information.
We state clearly and repeatedly:
Beyond facial information, Vintai does not collect personally identifiable information such as full name, phone number, email address, home address, date of birth, or gender for app login (the app does not require accounts).
We also do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes, IP addresses for profiling, precise location for advertising, or analytics on in-app browsing, taps, or session length for third-party marketing. No user activity is sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
When you choose a photo from your library or capture one with the camera, that image is used only to produce the retro-style output you request. Processing may occur on your device and/or be sent encrypted to our servers solely to complete the generation task.
After generation, original uploads and results are not retained on our servers for your ongoing storage. The app saves generated images to local storage on your device so you can view, export, or share them. We do not use your uploads for training unrelated models, resale, or disclosure to third parties for their independent use.
Data tied to your use of Vintai—including photos you work with, generated images, and related app metadata—resides on your device unless you delete it or remove the app. We do not operate a cloud backup of your vault that we can browse.
You control deletion through the app’s collection area or your device’s photo library. Local storage is designed to reduce exposure via remote servers; other apps cannot read Vintai’s private app storage without your device’s permission model.
Because we do not collect facial information, do not collect facial-feature templates, and do not maintain face biometrics for identification, the risk of facial data being monetized or leaked from our own profiling systems is minimized. Temporary transmission for generation uses industry-standard transport security where network generation applies.
Vintai does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking tools for selling your profile. The product focus is creating retro imagery with a privacy-conscious design.
