This Subscription Agreement governs premium services for Vintai, a mobile app for generating overseas retro-style images with AI. Premium access may include enhanced styles, higher-quality output, fewer interruptions, and other benefits described at purchase. Core use may remain available without account registration, depending on product design.
By subscribing, you agree to these terms together with the User Agreement and applicable store rules (e.g. Apple App Store).

We may improve or adjust subscription features over time without reducing the overall value of your current paid period, except where required by law or store policy. Material reductions may be communicated where practicable.
Plans may include monthly, multi-month, or annual periods as shown at purchase. The subscription starts when the store confirms payment. Auto-renewal may apply until you cancel through your store account settings before the renewal date.
Fees are charged by the platform (e.g. Apple) according to the price displayed at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or store policy. We may change prices for future renewals or new purchases; existing periods are typically honored at the price already paid.
Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as your store requires), the subscription renews and the store charges the renewal fee.
After cancellation, premium features usually remain until the end of the paid period. Unused time is typically not refunded unless the store or law requires otherwise. When access ends, you return to non-premium limits.
During an active subscription, you may use included premium features in line with this Agreement and the User Agreement. Use is personal and non-commercial unless we expressly offer a commercial license.
You must not share account credentials or abuse subscription entitlements (e.g. credential sharing). We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations without refund where permitted.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instant operation. Outages may result from networks, device storage, third-party AI capacity, or maintenance. We will seek reasonable remediation but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where law forbids such limitation.
Planned maintenance may briefly interrupt service. If premium access is unavailable for more than seven consecutive days due to our fault, we may extend access or offer another reasonable remedy where appropriate.
The Vintai app, software, templates, branding, and related materials are owned by the developer or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as offered. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute our code, or misrepresent affiliation.
You retain ownership of your uploads and your generated images, subject to your compliance with law and third-party rights. We use your content only to provide the service you request.
