User Agreement

1. Introduction

Vintai provides a convenient way to create overseas retro-style images using AI. You may use core features without account registration or login—no username, password, email, or phone is required to open and use the app as offered.

This Agreement sets rules for use of Vintai, with emphasis on privacy and lawful, respectful content. We do not seek unnecessary personal data, especially sensitive facial data for unrelated purposes.

2. App Usage Rules

By using Vintai, you agree to:

• Upload only portraits you own or have permission to use;
• Avoid illegal, infringing, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or hateful content;
• Not tamper with the app, bypass technical limits, or interfere with AI pipelines using unauthorized tools;
• Use outputs primarily for personal, non-commercial sharing unless you obtain appropriate rights.

Violations may result in restricted service. You are responsible for content you upload and generate.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of original photos you provide. Vintai uses them only to produce the outputs you request. Generated images are yours to keep, delete, or share, subject to law and third-party rights.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads or outputs for unrelated commercial exploitation. Storage behavior follows our Privacy Policy (e.g. local vault on device; limited server retention as described there).

4. Privacy Protection Commitment

We commit that Vintai does not collect facial information for profiling, does not collect facial-feature templates for biometric identification, and does not build a face database from your portraits for our own analytics products.

Processing may occur on-device and/or via encrypted transmission to complete generation; temporary server copies are not kept for ongoing access by us as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs for selling behavioral profiles as part of this product design.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

You may use core features without registering an account. You may delete saved works in the app or via your device. You are responsible for device security because local data depends on your passcode, backups, and OS protections.

If your content infringes others’ rights or violates law, you bear responsibility; you agree to indemnify us to the extent permitted by law for claims caused by your misuse.

6. Service Provision

We aim for stable AI generation but do not warrant uninterrupted service or a particular aesthetic outcome. Failures may arise from connectivity, model limits, moderation, or device constraints. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update the app for security, compatibility, or features without changing our core privacy commitments stated above.
